Online Training

Optional virtual seminars are open to all current Edline customers who wish to explore Edline and GradeQuick functionality with technology leaders, trainers and key opinion leaders at their school. You may want to invite leaders from other areas of your school -- such as activity advisors, counselors and coaches -- to this seminar so they can see how Edline can harness the power of parental involvement, support teachers and engage the entire learning community.

Online Edline Training (Free to customers)

The 2 ½ hour training session covers:

  • Start-up, activation codes and new features
  • Grades, calendars, assignments and more
  • In-depth functionality for power users

WebEx seminars are offered each week (except for major holidays) as follows.

Times given are US Central Time (CT).

  • Mondays: 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., CT
  • Tuesdays: 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., CT
  • Wednesdays: 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., CT
  • Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., CT

Signing Up for Training

Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is important for registrants to indicate on their registration form a first, second and third choice for their training dates and times. A schedule and sign-up form for Edline website and portal training can be obtained by clicking here.

  • Please complete all fields in the sign-up form. Incomplete forms cannot be accepted.
  • On your registration form, please indicate a first, second and third choice for training times.
  • Participation for any session is limited to no more than 3 participants from each school.
  • To submit this form via fax, please download the Edline registration form. Faxed forms should be faxed to 312.236.7251 attention of Training Manager.
  • Within 3 business days we will notify you via e-mail as to the status of your request.

Technology requirements for website training

To participate in our training sessions for Edline website and portal solutions, you need only have access to a telephone with long distance capabilities (preferably a speakerphone if more than one person will be attending at your location), an internet connection and a computer capable of displaying a resolution of 1024 ×768.
