Onsite Training Session Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be given for cancellations occurring within two weeks of a training session. Organizations may choose to reschedule. A rescheduling fee may apply.
- A 50% credit will be given for cancellations occuring between 14-21 days prior to a training session.
- Individuals canceling an onsite training session must receive a cancellation confirmation number to receive a refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be issued without a cancellation number.
- Full credit will be given for all other cancellations.
